And I figured I would get a link to the video I am talking about. It is a rather big file so I would recommend saving instead of streaming. I am pretty sure this is it.

Halo was originally designed for mac, and they never got it running on ps2 hardware FYI..

If they are, then that means that the Flood got to Earth...which would be very bad. But I'm sure they'll make it in Halo 3 somehow.

could be, or they're just adding weapon models to get a feel for the animations etc. definitely not the final model I'd hope.

Actually if you watch during the time the first picture shows. The brute fires the weapon very quickly and it fires the same way as what the second picture shows.

galvination, the main point that makes us believe it's a Shotgun is the projectile, not necessarily the model.

How do you know this? (Genuine question, not sarcasm or rhetorical, although it may seem)

Why do I have a feeling the gravemind is going to make Cortana reveal the location of the earth or something like that, and flood will come at a later stage. Or something like that.

;p.

Gravemind will probably do something weird like that.

I just really hope they don't do a lame ass boss fight with him. Infact, I hope there aren't any boss fights...in Halo 2 they were kinda dumb.

As for the weapon...it looks more handgun/pistol like than shotgun/rifle.
