Well, for example there could be an option, similar to the current Save and Build function, where you could save all the machines in the mach tag of a map at once, instead of having to save all the machs one at a time.

Sort of like a mass saver. Pretty much the same concept as the mass builder I talked to you about, but the other way around.

Something like that could facilitate restoring tags for BSP conversions.

Stop being lazy...You're asking them to develop either a sense of gravity in the bsp veiwer whichc would mean they'd have to also develop a collision thing for the bips itmc's to fall onto... Or, they need to develop a system where it searches for nearby bases that re either machs or have bsp colission and then it moves selected paieces to that level...

I say just don't be lazy and just move it either by typing in precision co-ordinates or just try to place it as close as you can yourself with the viewer. One thing that I find good with the bsp viewer is that its good having a bad computer...As its very easy to place everything exactly how I want it...If I were to try on my good pc you over shot it, making me use either the shit pc or type in the co-ordinates..

lol scotty you silly guy. Honestly, it is really no big deal at all. I was just thinking of another thing to implement. Just trying to help. Really, i have no reason to be any lazier. I'm fine the way things are now. I'm trying to give input and of course just help make things easier for everyone. lol i'm not as lazy as i may sound ;)

Ok, what about this - I've always wanted entity's bsp viewer to be able to click-and-drag... For Example: Say I want to get a weapon spawn right on top of a ... pedastal, well, when I hit the left and right arrows on my keyboard, it either goes too far left or too far right. Now, if I could click on the weapon and drag my mouse to where I wanted it to be, then I could place it right on top of the pedastal. See my point?

Just slow the camera down with the "-" key then speed it back up with "+."

Great idea if you ask me.
Example 2.
You use detox's add weather tool.
You need to inject the bsp of headlong into gemini.
All spawns are easliy re-done with chunk cloner, but what about the item's they reference to?
Decals, for example would NEED to be trandfered for the map to load.
i.e.
If you could click the first decal you need to transfer and scroll down to the bottom, shift+click the last one, and save them all at once rather than individually.
Then Build one .info that would reference to all the other info files and auto build all of them.
Sometimes you would need to be transfering 100's of decals...that gets tedious fast.

A week and 4 days ago (monday before last) I asked you this and you said a few days, so I was just wondering
Can we expect a pre-release before you get to all these suggestions maybe?

Also, is it possible to be able to view water in the bsp viewer? Because I made a mod with water in it, and I want to put things above and below the water, but Its like using dothalo and insolence (Guess and Test) :(

Yeah, umm, I've run into a bit of a problem. My keyboard has recently broke, and it is VERY hard to code anything using the On Screen Keyboard...But, you can rest assure it will be released before the holidays...

Well, I know this would be a lot of work, but it would be the coolest thing ever. If you could add a sound injector/extractor/listener to entity, so you could play around with all the sounds. Please consider at least. Thanks.

A Very useful function(Just saying) would be for when you copy a reflexive the clipboard(example: Machine Placement), if the machines don't exist in the map your adding the reflexive to, it can add them.

Though that may be over shooting it. Just keep it real.

Have it so you could choose weather or not to bring the machs with the placement/pallet

dont know if you can but do you think you can work on the real time editing cause usualy you change one thing and then when you try again nothing happens... dont know if it has been fixed yet but it would be cool it it was...Good job so far on the progress that you are reporting
