Somebody please help me

Post by RpgActioN »

I'm no modder, but I think a mod can fix my problem. My graphics card is an Asylum GeForce FX 5200 - why it doesn't support the mirrory texture cloak is beyond me. What I get for invisibility graphics are nothing more than the player's opacity being lowered to like 5%. I want the cool invisi - the one with the mirrory texture. I was wondering if one of you could send me some sort of mod or file that contains that cloak and tell me where to put it to replace my old one or something.

maze your a fuktard

but to answer your question, the cloaked material is a shader. A mod cant fix your problem. What are you trying to do exactly?

EDIT: ok i read your post over again and the proble is your graphics card. I have the same problem. the mirrory texture is already in your halo mapfiles... the only way to fix this is to get a better video card

Heres a reveiw i rote

For the state at which games are right now the maximum video memory you need is 128MB. The graphics card is great but the 128MB extra does not make one difference. People who make statements based observations need to learn about how computers work. Just because it looks to have double the memory does not mean it actually out performs. Do not be fooled so easily. Read guides @ toms-hardware if you want proof. If you are serious about buying a card this expensive I suggest the ATI Radeon All In Wonder 9800 128MB DDR card. It should last at least 2 years before 64bit processors stomp down on our modern machines of today. Remember do not be tricked by numbers, but be impressed by performance. yes depnding on ur moneys or whether or not u wna spend big, i think a max of like 150.00 - 200.00 canadian will be perfict

generally 128 mb cards outperform 64 because the sheer volume of data the card needs to work with makes it much more valuble. you do have a very good arguement tho :)
