HELP with apps

well i just started making apps like 2 days ago i use visual c# and i wanna make something like all in one but i cant figur out how to make it so when u click something it opens a file, any help would be great

Don't use C#, to hard for beginners. Use VB.NET.

that is zone 117 and zone the programs really arnt much differnt except the color
