Add A New Rule...con't.
I don't feel like this topic has served its purpose. I disagree with Veegie. I've seen three or four spam topics in the General Chat section so far, and all of them had a couple of random posts in them before a staff member moved the thread to the RB.

This is the best idea ever.

No, of course not. And I understood what Veegie said.
Moderators move them to the RB when they see them. But my point was that moderators don't always see them very quickly. I saw three spambot threads today. They all had three or four posts in them before I saw them disappear.
Edit: Thanks, Tural. I just think it's important that people know what the spambots are and that they realize it's just stupid to post with them.

WHAT
Holy shit, what does it matter if a few people post?
Does it affect your time browsing the forums in any way?
It's just another rule the staff has to worry about enforcing, and get bitched at about it when they don't. If you were stupid enough to click the topic, then what do a few posts matter?
They don't matter at all. They're all going to be deleted in the end anyways. So tell me, what does it matter? Are you concerned about people's post counts increasing? Maybe this will put you at ease; the apocalypse is not going to take place when someone reaches a personal-upper echelon of post count numbers.
