Arrogance sucks. Common-Decency to other human-beings owns. I guess most people lack the ability to use that, as demonstrated clearly by what happened to xbox7887.

I debated with my step-dad for over an hour about this.
He said that both sides of the argument are to blame.
Here's what he said:

Xbox7887 is stupid in his own way, he did make an amazing trainer from what you say, but he did not have the common sense to know that a multi-million dollar company like MLG would fuck him over.
Though the company's could have at least gave him credit.
They didn't because they wanted to look professional and pretend that they made there own halo 2 program that allows slow motion effects, out of player moving and all the fancy things they used.

I think this would make good talk at bungie. I think bungie has the power to stop this bullshit company. To start they are using bungie and xbox7887 code to generate profit in a sort of way. I hate the MLG although the battles are kinda tight.

Also taking this up to bungie is bad.
One is that if the modders supporting xbox7887 go there, Were modders. They don't respect us, mb scotty gee. Also we hacked there game so there not going to like that.
Now MLG probably has a contract so that they can use bungie's game if bungie gets this amount of profit and they get credit.
So the talk to bungie wouldn't be beneficial to us.

Actually everything that makes it illegal is done so by the end-user, not the trainer itself. The code is composed entirely of mine and Kornman00's as well as everything used to research and build it. From what I've seen, there's nothing in Microsoft's or Bungies TOS that says I can't copyright such work

Heh, dont know if its true.. But i remember hearing if you open your xbox you break your warranty... Though softmodding doesn't do anything to the warranty or something.... Probably not true but, heh, its what i heard... And again, MLG is gay for doing that...
