He obviously made it. Pause it at the 9 second mark and you will see that it says 'Camtrack' in big letters on the ground.

There are premade (sometimes copyrighted) animation on the web.I'm 75% sure he took the animation of a site.

you need to fix part of the rig. at the end, when he raises his arm it gets distorted at the shoulder. cool though.
