I did. Virus scan that file and full system scan with Norton and Ad-aware.

No and its not even that. If I try to delete it does nothing. Doesnt even say that its being used by something else.

You may want to try Unlocker. Its from download.com.

It will kill anything. That picture of yours may be linked to explorer.exe for some reason.

There's an app called 'Unlocker Assistant' that might help. It finds all programs and processes using a specific file and allows you to terminate them. Go google for it, it may help you solve your problem. ;)

Tried the unlocker program before but that won't work either.
I've restarted my computer many times. It's been on there for a good week.

ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Trust me, I've already tried the hex way. When I go to open the file it says "******.jpg. The above file name is invalid"
I tried killbox but when I try to open the file it doesnt do anything. The box stays blank.

"Safe Mode", Reboot and tap F8 repeatatively after seeing your logo. Then follow the on screen instructions, Once in windows you will then be able to delete that file. After deletion reboot once again and then the file should be gone.

And if in fact it is a virus or w/e it's possible the infection has already prevented other software from removing it.

I would try to boot into safe mode but I'm having a problem booting into it right now. I plan on just formatting this computer sometime soon.
Thanks for the input but I'll just wait until I format it.
Thanks.
