Reason: I got lost on Halloween in a forest that had a very near resemblance to this map and therefore if you get scared while playing and see the tonyblair witch then that's why i likes this mod and it large amounts of effectnesseses, only bad thing was no models but thats all my fault

Heh. I originally thought about voting for one of the other mods based on expierence level and the mod they produced. A few on that list were done by newbies to the modding community, and they did a very good job.
Based on what I think is truly the best mod, my vote goes to Mischief Night. I think it's all around the best mod, lovely models, effects, and INCREDIBLY creative. Good job you two.
As for a runner up, it would have to be Halloween Party Ship and Hellbound. Party Ship was well done for a second mod, and although Phaile is new, he still did an excellent job for his expierence level, props to you. Hellbound also makes runner-up list because it was all around a good mod. It is similar to Mischief Night in a way, in the sense of what was done, but it was a darker feel to it, and some of the weapons seemed a little off.
Small Edit; The reason I don't think HSM's was the best is because for what he's capable of, he didn't quite fullfill that amazing reputation he has built for himself. Although that's just my opinion, I think people should really look at expierence level when judging.
Great job everyone, and keep up the outstanding work, I can't wait til the next contest. You guys did great. ^_^

I havn't gotten a chance to play all of the contest submissions, only a couple. That would make my vote un-fair
