Scenery on Bipd

Well I know i posted something in the new users forum but i really need to know how to do this for HALOween. Its not really scenery either. Im trying to get the quadwing (4 winged bird) from deltahalo onto the heretic leaders back. then i would make the quadwing model bigger so the wings would look normal. I wanted to give him a devil/jeepers creepers kindof look and thought it would be cool since they flap and all. I had some theorys on how to do it.

I was thinking about using the heretic leader from floodlab because he had a jetpack on him already but when i ftped him the first time the jetpack wasnt there and i dont know how to attach it to him.

If I could get the jet pack there I could just changes its HLMT to the quadwings so it would be the birds and could position it how i wanted.
So my question to you for the moment is how do you add the jetpack to his back?

Its already supposed to be on his back but when i change the elites HLMT to the heretics, the jetpack isnt on him.

hmmmm

i think that you should try to use the heretic from another map (soacestation level) becasue i am sure they have them on becasue i have done it. Once you have the jetpack ingame you just find the scenery and swap the hlmt to the quadwing bird and do what you gotta do with the quad wing

those arent heretics
you have to specify wheter they have a jetpack in the permutations, and the birds arent scenery, theyre simple crea ai

well when i did it, the jetpacks worked right when i swapped the hlmt

so just swapping the hlmt of the elite to the heretic that has the jetpack will have the jetpack already equpied as long as i set it in the permutation? how would i do that. and the bird isnt AI its the hlmt im using.
