no skins?

i made a mod recently called insanty gulch & i made a lot of changes including skins well i saw my friend playing the mod & noticed none of the skins that i had put in there were showing up why is this?

you gota extract do your shit
save the file as it is
then import it over the normal bitmap use'ing hmtv3

or maybe it is hard to notice... zoom in on some of the textures using a sniper rifle.

no they r just not there is it becuase i didnt do that ppf thing? & maca r utalkin about how to change the skins of somthing cuz i alrdy know how to do that.

you did iimport over the originals? are you sure that you're not applying these to a backup or something?
