RaVNzCRoFT... Its not low res... He blurred it(the background) to give it more depth.. :?
I know that. I read the tutorial. I'm not talking about that. I just think the entire signature looks low-res.

You people don't understand.
Ravn is trying to say that the sig as a whole seems to either be saved as a .jpg, which is most likely the case, or the sharpness is too high.

I also agree with Ravn.

I don't really see how using other people's C4D renders to make 90% of your background could be considered original art.

Ombre, no sig is original, get over it please.

They all use either the default brushes, some person's techniques, or something that the creator of the sig didn't make.

And the sig's much more than just using a C4D. You have to know how to place it, make highlights out of it, smudge it effectively, use proper layer styles, good use of filters, etc.

So if someone took a great landscape picture, used a blur filter on it and slapped their name on it, it would be a 1337 manipulation?
He took a great C4D render, slapped it on a background, applied some filters and layer effects and slapped his name on it.

Ombre, why does it matter how hard it is to make? If it looks good, then whats wrong with it? I think this looks good, so I really don't care how hard it was to make.

So if there was a magic button that just made sigs for you by the click of a button, the person who hit that button should still be praised?
1: C4D Render's look worse in sigs then they do clean.
2: Why bother making it if it requires no imagination or effort?
3: If taking someone's sig and putting your name on it is considered ripping why should C4D renders be any different?

Ombre give it up, you're wrong. A sig doesnt have to take alot of effort to look good, and this sig does have some effort put into it, whether you like it or not...just because you think C4D looks bad doesnt mean it is. Thats why its caled an opinion. and putting a c4d in a sig, and stealing someone else's sig is totally different. Just stop posting this crap, you're making yourself look dumb... >_>

Speaking of opinions...

I am not arguing about whether or not it takes effort to make something look good, I am saying if you aren't even going to spend the time making your own background what gives you the right to take credit for the sig when someone else made most of you're background for you. And really, I have heard you say before to people with HaloWars sigs stuff like "Dude all you did was put text on a picture, no effort needed." If you want to make your E-Muscles big, I suggest doing it at GameRenders.

thats because i actually Placed the C4D to make it look good, added a render, added some filters, some gradient maps, and stuff like that...thats way different then cropping an image and placing text on it... >_>

and by the way, im not trying to make my "E-muscles" big, im trying to show you that you think you are god, but you really arent, and im not the only one who thinks so...
