i rerad the rules over and all it says is it has to be halo based. so this isnt spam either so

It's fake, I remember like 5 months ago I saw this on some forum. They concluded that it indeed, was fake.
Also what would classic mode possibly be.

It can't possibly be fake yet. It's not even out so you do not know what bungie's decisions are. You never know they may even use this as their actual menu, however nobody but bungie can be certain.

Yeah its fake bla bla bla....
Bungie even said it was fake...Not specifically this one but they alluded to it with something along the lines of "all the halo3 main menu pictures floating around the internet"

They said that awhlie ago so my quote is proabalby very far from its orignal statemnet

And Tural! Do you know what that means?! It means that li3k bungeeeee is going to make halo3 on the original xbox o_O

It's pretty cool, but I'm almost positive it's a fake, and the pic in the background is strait from the trailer, so that pretty much gives it away.
