Plz help with skins

Is there any program that can make picture files (jpg, gif, bmp)etc to .dds files? (dds is the skin file type) Or a program that you can actually make skins for halo? BTW im using trial cuz game store wont let me buy combat evolved till im 17!!! I know how to inject skins with HMT.

Yes it is called DXTbmp but iono were to get it.

you can get a plugin for photoshop that lets you save things as .dds's

use google to find it
