Yeah it does look alot like it... but i assure you its completey origional, i did get some idea's from that skin though

but i would never copy and paste... if you dnt beleive me i can tell you the exact filters and method i used to make it... just p.m me and il tell you

and i looked at the two dds files for those... they are very different if you have a look
Edit: Dam i hate being accused of stealing work so im gunna tell you all how i did it anyway just to keep my rep up... here goes (its a fairly simple process you just gotta work hard on the cut-outs)
step 1: open bitmap into photoshop
Step 2: Make a selecting of the whole piece where you want it to look torn... eg: i select the hood with the polygonal lassoo tool...
Step 3: press ctrl + C to copy the selection and then ctrl + V to paste it as a new layer...
Step 4: on the second layer (the selection that you copied and pasted) go to filter>render>fibres... and mess around with the settings until you got what i got.. you can also change the contrast and brightness using the birghtness and contrast tool.
Step 5: then lower the opacity of the top layer to zero so you can see the bottom layer (the origional bitmap) then select the hood again, and go to filter>artistic>film Grain... then mess around with the settings until you get something you like... then (keeping it selected) go to image>adjustments>hue/Saturation and lower the saturationg to 0... then check the "colourize" box and mess with the colour, lightness, and saturationg to get that rusty look...
Step 6: Make the opacity of the top copy of the hood (which is fibres) make the opacity 100 again... now using your polygonal lassoo tool take some selections of the top layer and delete them to give that torn up look to expose the rusty underlayer
Step 7: click on the half moon shape for the top layer and go to blending options... and give it a drop shadow... mess with the settings untill you get what you want...

i have now revealed my secret to ripped up skinning (which i worked out all by myself) just to keep my rep up so people dont think i steal my work
