No starter nades?

No starter nades?

I figure this is in the wrong place but bare with me. I have played on many servers where people have completely abolished starter nades. How is this done? Is it on a map to map basis? Any help would be appreciated.

I think its a game type preference.

you can edit that in the gernade tag in HMT
