sorry, it's just that we get a lot of really bad, impolite noobs, and we're used to immediately saying "tuts".

as for your problem, I can't really help you, I suck with milkshape :mrgreen:

what you do is...

if you have two vertexes that you want to connect, you click the make face or make plane tool(whichever one it is, i forget). Then click on one point, it will turn red, then click on the other point.
