sooo he did a hue sat or desat then colour balance merged a picture of the flag and then bluried the edges and final used a bit of the history brush to make it "blend" in....
not impressed.

Yes I used the hue changer, how else am I supposed to change the color?
and no I didn't use the "colour" balance or the history brush once. and this is only like my third skin, so backoff.

Does it look Good.... Sure

Does it have a Flare of more of Creativity.... Yep ( Love the Contrails you did... Nice Touch

)

Would I ( The User ) Consider Using the Skin.... Yes (Prehapts)

Does it Show/Look You Actually Attempted to make it look good... Yes

Awesome Awesome Awesome... Well Actually this isn't awesome, its Just Very Good..

But Due to the Fact that its the Best I have see in a LONG While.. Its Awesome
