You would just go to the hlmt tag go to one of the flood hlmt's ex. flood_human then click on it. At the right there you should see three checkboxes named Recrusive, Parsed, and Sounds just check them all (Sounds is optional but if you want to hear the flood die and make noise then you should). Once you have checked them hit SAVE and save it somewhere that you can remember where it is at. Once it is done close the campaign map that you are getting if from. Then open up a multiplayer map that you want to put it in. Check what boxes you did when you saved it. Then at the bottom right you should see build hit that and locate the .info file and open it. Now you have just got the flood human into MP. To edit the effects so it won't die just go to the same tag that you went to in insolence and then change what you need to in the meta editor or you could right click on the reflexives choose display Idents then swap/null whatever you need to do.
