and as for the colour I didnt really know what colour to put with black and white.

Its sorta iffy, the background could be improved upon. Maybe more color, or contrast :?

i think the text could use some blending as well as a bit for the render. other than that, it's not too bad.
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>
