The top one, because to be honest, her ass draws too much attention away from the piece as a whole. Take out those fragments on the first one, and it's good.

If it was your render I might respect it a bit more.. but to me it just looks like some brushing for lighting.. a few tentacle things and some little random balls of light you added. And what are those random yellow things floating around? Sorry.. not into this one..
