mod question

is it possible to have blue team with one mod and red team with a different mod? such as red team having pistols that shoot rockets and blue team having sniper shoot stickies? but red team cant use the sniper sticky mod, they can only see blue do it and vice versa

Well...

This would almost replicate what you're asking...

In sparkedit, select all of the weapons individually and swap them on one side for snipers and on one side for pistils, then make them start with a useless weapon like a plasma pistol.
