those models are not ripped.
MT, CS is not open source.
but i have a good site shares hundrets of diffrent models with textures created by users of the site. for free and legal ^_^

the coutnerstrike mode looks good headshotmasta. it would be cool if you could use a real counterstrike level. if not i think foundation would be a better fit than ivory tower, but its your map.
