Halo2 editing tool kit?

Hey guysdoes anyone know where I would get this? I am watching the tutorials here I have just about everything else besides this...I have 3DS MAX 8 paintshop and everything else so can someone help me?

Well there is r4andoms all in onev2 which I belive was removed from the file forums becuase it contained cmr and samesig. You could find it on 3rd party sites though I bet.
