The banshee will be fully gametype compatable and if one does not wish to have a banshee, you could go into gametype settings and turn off the banshee on map.

Look, it is merely a question of respect. You ask people before you use there work. The includes The Swamp Fox. Whether the site has an "open source attitude" or not, unless Swamp Fox says "take this and do whatever with it", you should ask.

And no, I doubt the Swamp Fox will care.
