need entity help

ok not sure if im doing this right this is my first time with entity ok so as far as i know to get into the thing that lets you place object you go to the sbsb tag then click it and then to the drop down menu and this is where im cunfused im supposed to see a raw data editor but i dont and i have entity beta

in addtion i am useing an box 360 to do my mods which means i dont have the main menu .map file so i cannot do the veiw bsp which i think is where i have to go

is it possible to find a way around this plz help me out

Well to find how to use the sbsp viewer go to the sbsp tag then click on the bsp then at the top right you should see a blue circle click on it then choose View bsp.

And the only way you could get the mainmenu.map some other way would probably be illegal so there is no help for you with that.

i relize the only other way would be illegal or to mod anouther xbox to upload onto my computer ect so i can edit the maps which might be possible anyways so in the tutorial when he said raw data editor he ment instead view bsb that would be the reason for all the confusion but thank you

Did you see if it was for entity alpha or entity beta because entity alpha had the raw data editor and entity beta has the blue circle button then you chose view bsp.

hmmm good point thank you it must have been for alpha but the tut was titled with beta hmmm thankyou i might not need the main menu . map after all thank you even if i need it this still helps
