Fly Pelican and more

To fly Pelican:
Download HCEv7 from here http://www.xbox-hacks.net/pafiledb.php? ... oad&id=524 and load a map lets say, Silent Cartographer then you go to biped and change Cyborg to Pelican you can change Cyborg to any vehicle you want.

you can change the driver seats in vehicles also
most likely to W-driver
