I need a program to use .sppf files and how to use it!

You need SPPF. To apply find the patch and apply it to the map it was made for with the "apply" feature. I'l have a link in a few seconds.

i dont need tohe file to make them. i need the file to patch them to the maps with dot halo. it only lets me patch them with ppf files.
