Xbox name.. how it shows in Halo LAn gaming

On XBC i have seen some people with the xbox's name as a push up button and some wierd cahracter, now I know how to modify the name in Winhex, but I dont know what to mod it to. Is there a list of different names and what theyc orrespond too ?

Yeah, I have seen the thumbstick/X button/Y button and other weird stuff as people's Xbox names, but I have no clue on how to do this. I want to be able to. You seem to have more knowledge than me about it. Even if you only have a little, can you give me some insight on what you know?

ok well i no what u talkin bout cus i can do it the x buttons and stuff like that u half to have a modded xbox for and the other names u can do with a moddded xbox as well or u can just change name of ur box with some games if u want more info IM me.

Its not a program. Dude all you have to do is FTP to your xbox and transfer the Nickname.xbn to your hdd. The open it up in a hex editor and edit the name. Look here http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/change-name.php

dude,, i know,, but there is a prog for the box so you dont have to fakkin ftp everytim you want to change,, i used to have it looooooooooonggg time ago on my friends old modded box,,, i just dont rem what it was called or where i got it,, i was out of the modding scene for a while,,,, bisco!! hahah

and theres also a prog to put buttons in your box name is well,,, sheet,, read read read!

I never heard about it. Even when i started modding about last summer. Why don't you just FTP or there is game that you can change your name and get all those wacky letters in it. It might be DOA3 but don't qoute me on that. You have to get a high score if I recall right.

XToolBoXX has a nickname editor where %whatever can be inserted.
or theres the ftp method with the nickname xbn ex.%zoom00%crouch00

I have a list of the things but they don't seem to work. I go into a Halo sys link game and all I see are left-thumbstick or some other thing.
And that program to change the name is called Namechanger v 0.6 Only program I know to do it with.

Wait so where do I put the 00's? I want my xbox name to be adam with the a's as buttons. Right now I typed in: %acceptd%acceptm I can see all of the letters and buttons but they won't position themselves correctly.

I can't get anything to work. I can't see any thumb sticks or buttons, all I get is jibberish...that guide is not clear at all.

It's just hard to align the letters right. I guess it's ok though. My box name is A d Am or something like that lol.
