Step 1: Not got a modded Xbox? Then get it modded, damn you!
Make sure you have the evox tools installed with it, ask your modder.

Step 2: Get a cross over ethernet cable.

Step 3: Download FlashFXP, try doing a search on google.

Step 4: Once Flash is installed, connect your box to your PC.

Step 5: On the control panel on go to the connection option things, oh...i forgot....you will need an ethernet card. If you haven't got one, get one.
Anyways, on the connection thing, this is where it gets confusing, its different for different Windows versions. You will need to change the IP to your Xboxes IP address. I dont know if i have done this step properly, though thats how i did it.

Step 6: On Flash, quick connect, name Xbox, password Xbox (not case sensitive), the port should be 21 and then enter your IP.

Step 7: Click connect, you should be connected. I had trouble at first.
If it doesnt work then this may be what went wrong:
a) The cable might not be in properly, or it may be a wrong type of cable, check it out.
b) Try rebooting your Xbox, this may resolve the problem. Make sure its always on the evox menu when you reboot.
c) I have been a bad instructor, if you see me, kick me....hard.
I thought my instructions would work, if they havent, either do the above or ask someone else to help you finish it..

I put 100% effort in this post-guide-thing and if it doesnt work...ask someone else. Hope it helps anyway.

dont talk about modding your xbox here, go to xbox-scene
If your significance is that but significant then is there another with significance?

I'll stay away from an in-depth discussion of modding an Xbox, but you can do it without a modchip. Go to xbox-scene.com and look up the tutorials section. It's what Nuvakaita was saying.

Anyway, to stay on-topic, this won't be possible even when the SDK is out. Or rather, it is possible, but it would require a major overhaul of the network coding and level coding of Halo; professional-grade stuff which only the best of hackers could do, and even then it would take them a long, long time. It's the same reason that Halo PC does not support PC-to-PC co-op... there's just too much information that has to be kept in sync, and as of now there is no real solution short of completely remaking the game itself.

Timofren, anything another person does on system link affects the other boxes because it sends info. to eachother constantly. So no matter if the people on the other boxes see U or not is erelevant.....right?
What is real in our infinite alternating perception of reality?
