How do you mod old maps on XBC and still be able to play
with people who don't have the mods?
that question makes no sense

SLC stands for System Link Compatable (or Compatabitity). It simply means making your mod so it is compatatble with system link. That means people who you're 'system linking' with won't get blue screened, ect. and will be able to play your mod fine (except they won't be able to see skins and projectile swaps).

BUT, all of ya'll talk about "turning on slc" like its a checked box in dot halo, how exactly do you turn slc on, or make it slc compatible, so others who are non-modders can see ur mod
btw: if ur interested go to the scripting/programming section i still haven't got a reply yet after 2 days, i'm trying to anayzle and eventually mod farcry evolution, i uploaded sample map files to play around with, since i can't figure anything out, if anyone can take a look that would be much appreciated
