Looks like a Subi throwing star from Maplestory.

The handle still looks extremely small in comparison with the rest of the object.

After about 2 days of work biocroc said it would take 2 months to make it into a weapon! So i'm pretty much screwed altogether. I think at most it will be a granade or maybe a piece of scenery.
