how can i resize a video to always play at a bigger size?

what file type is the video, and what program are you using to play the vid.? and you can also PM me the vid. if you cant figure it out, and ill see what i can do

Yeah, what are the video stats. VirtualDub is an excellent tool for resizing video (and other stuff). But it only outputs to avi.
