i still get the object referrence error in bsp viewr on every version of entity... HELP

Try re-downloading Entity. Also, make sure you have a good graphics card and Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 of higher.

Start->Run->Type "dxdiag"\r

Then check the Direct3D tests.

If these fail then you should try getting a fresh graphics driver.
