Is It possible to edit a ppf file?

I have a ppf file the was originaly made by someone unknown and it was made for bloodgulch. I like the ppf so well I would like to use it in my other maps. It it possible to edit the ppf file and so I can ppf the into my other maps? If so, How?

Well, kind of. You can apply the file, then further edit the .map file, and make a whole new ppf.
