[WIP] Perfect playable Metro Bridge!
Yes, TFD is pretty darn kool and I didn't mean to take this thread offtopic.
So anyway, will TFD be increasing projectile distance and speeding up vehicles/bipd? Simply because it'll take too long otherwise and when people are playing a fast paced action game, they dont want to be slowed down to a crawl having to run from one end to another

I don't think the players or vehicles really need to be sped up. Nor do you need 20x sniping. Changes like that take away from the classic Halo feel, and diminish the overall experience, imho. Besides, make the sniper too powerful and this map will just suck. I mean there's very little cover and lots of space between one bit of cover and the next. Uber-sniping would ruin this map.
Longer projectile lifespans would be good though.
If you're going to make faster vehicles, I suggest making them new vehicles, rather than speeding up the current ones. Like make an uberchassis car, rather than a sped up warthog. If you want, I can tell you how to make it destructible, even (meaning the uber shows damage) assuming you can't figure it out on your own.
Also, the motorcycle that I've been working on for ages was planned specifically for this bsp. I'm currently in the process of rebuilding it from scratch and it's going to be much better this time (better looking AND more functional). If you're interested in including it in this map, pm me. Hopefully I'll have it finished in time.
Aside from that, judicious use of teleporters and/or grav lifts would make this a fun map to play even without sped up bipeds.

Heres my 2 cents..... I really dont think any other gametype except slayer would really work on this map. Its just too big. Just imagine your with the flag or bomb at there base. All your team mates get killed and they spawn all the way at the other side. And your just running and hoping for the best while the other team are in hogs and about to run you over. Even if you put a teleporter on the map I still dont feel like it would do much. So I think you should really focus on slayer. Stratigically(sp?) place weapons,ammo,power ups, all over the place. Have a couple Sniper towers. Place vehicles around and maybe put a pelican in that can take damage. Also when you say it doesnt freeze are you sure? Cause ive done this and it may have froze once the first time but when I played it the rest of the times it never happened.

I'm not neccesarily opposed to having faster vehicles. I just think that if you do, they should be new ones, not just the normal vehicles sped up. And, I abso-freakin-lutely hate increased run speed.
Also, there could be many teleporters, not just one.
I personally think that sniper towers would be a bad idea unless you're planning on adding a significant amount of cover to the bridge. Anything that enhances sniping, such as increased zoom or elevated perches, is going to ruin this map. It would be too one-sided.
