A. XBL Modding is used 95% for cheating.
B. You could be one of those cheaters.
C. It goes against Bungies rules, you see, we are allowed to mod Halo PC, halo 2, and halo for xbox, because we arent harming anything and Bungie doesnt care. But when you break out of the rules by modding XBL, you give the site, and all its modders a bad name.

either way I didn't do anything to disturb the forums or cause trouble.. I was banned for asking what the rules were. Which is just rediculous. The best apology for that I could come up with is "I promise I won't mention anything about Xbox Live modding again". I'll get that PMed to you.

That's ridiculous. Saying "I'm sorry" doesn't change the fact you mod XBL.

That says:

July 07, 2006

Dear Halomods Admin,
I'm sorry for bringing up the topic of Xbox Live modding. I promise that I'll never do it again.

Sincerely,
Dave

Just stay in the users forum, its not all that bad. When I got banned I decided to just stick around and now I like this place more than the files forum.

If you keep asking, it will most likely just turn into spam, and you will most likely be banned from the users forum too.

well it was rediculous that I got banned for what I did, but more importantly I can't look at or download any mods now. That sucks. This is like the best modding site out there and I can't go on it.

Lmao, well he isn't.

And it has been clarified that he will not be unbanned many times, so I think it should be locked before it turns into a spam filled topic.

whatever. I mean I come on here, pose no problems, post patches that couldn't possibly be used for cheating and put in effort to find out the forum rules and I get banned.

You know, I don't even mod on Xbox Live much... mabey if I stop?

http://bungie.net/Stats/PlayerGameList. ... eavyDizz1e

there watch and see if I mod. By the way while you're at it you can see for yourself that every single game says "arranged game" as in I wasn't cheating.
