WTF is this

I was looking at coagulation in entity and I went to the matg tag and was scrolling down and found this I think its really wierd and I was just wondering if anyone knew wtf it is

Jk, really I don't know, Bungie put a lot of weird stuff into this game..(there are even strange string ID's that do nothing..but very strange names).

Maybe they renamed the string names because they werent used and they didnt want "people" like us finding out where the sounds really go. Bungie was very sloppy with halo 2.
