2 Questions: Killtrocity Map Pack & Multiple H2's on HD

1.) I have a lockout in my mainmenu. My friend has the same. Was there supposed to be a map called Lockout in the Map pack that I missed?

2.) How can you have more than 1 copy of H2 on your HD? I want the killtrocity map pack as well as a legit copy of halo 2. Is there something I can change in the default.xbe's or what do I need to do? Just make seperate folders?

I don't think we are allowed to talk about it anymore since The Flying Dutchmen removed it because he doesn't want to have it here someone correct me if I'm wrong
