If there are only a few good pilots, then the rest are noobs. Therefore, most banshees are easy to take down......dumbass

Good philosophy...man. Proper use of sentence meaning and the such. I took that class, got a B and still dread to take another one of those damn classes.

Funny... :D

depending on whether or not you:

1. aren't cut off from good weapons

2. aren't a noob yourself

3. are better at HXB...

4. aren't also faced by the rest of his team who aren't in fact noobs

...dumbass

I'm good, but maybe that's because I've been playing flight sims all my life....

Most Banshee pilots on MP tend to circle around shooting, esp. in aerial combat, so just circle the other way!

(Although I do admit it is hard to hit a constantly circling Banshee at long range...)

ok, the spamming's getting really bad, Makayo...

circling banshees may be hard to hit, so you coax him toward you...

I once did something similar. Fuel rod killed 1/3 your health each use.

I try not to look at it as they are being "banshee whores," I like to see it as an optortunity to refine my strategy in taking down shees. hell i should thank all the noobs in shees who helped me in getting as good as i am at taking them out.

It's fun to stick them, esp. in SP because they explode, but for any half-decent chance to stick them they must be head-on to you and very close.

I tend to find a lot of the Elite pilots are actually better shots than a lot of noobs, but the noobs are harder to hit and/or kill because of their annoying "vulture" tactics (circle until your opponent gets dizzy).
Just turn the other way and give them a nasty shock (namely a Fuel Rod).

yeah, the solution is just to circle the other way, stop, or turn harder by going up or down. Elites may have a better shot, but they fly in a straight line...

ya' know you can just ajust the acceliration of the banshee on HMT3 so it doesn't fly. I have it on my BG map. Its very funny to see the noobs fight over the banshee and it turns out they cant even get off the platform.
Another way would alter the damage between the Biped and Banshee. Add in a setting wheres when incontact with banshee it causes the same damage rating as if being ran over..
In other words, when they go up to get in it, they will die.
