The updated one looks alot nicer trep!
The new scratches although a sinch (If thats a word or even how you spell it) makes it look alot nicer...Now you need the new gloves and the scratches in the other parts of his armour.
For the record saving a bitmaps as DXT5 and removing the alpha channels does make it look very glossy, I still don't know the reason why, Forgotten hope features DXT5 textures which make the skins look like they've been dipped in gloss, maybe if the lightmap was original you'd see what I mean...I even demonstrated it in a thread in the pictures section "Which MC looks better" where one was DXT5 and the other was DXT3...
It might just be because of the deleted alpha channel though
