Help with skinning cheif

Is there any way to disable the way Master Cheif's armor shines. Its really screwing up the textures i'm making.

Check the bumpmaps.

well, i already made a unused bitm white and copied the meta offset into it to get rid of the scratches on him. just made him shinier.

could you be more precise? what exactly should i check on them?

Try nulling out a shader that has to do with his armor or skin a reflection bitmap that has to do with it
