ROF, ammo, clip size

how do you change the Rate of fire, Clip size, and Max ammo? I tried HMT but i get exception data every time.

what do you mean? I want i larger clip, Faster ROF, Larger Maximum Ammo.

Well I know 100 is a pretty high ammount of ROF and that is like max i believe. But tell me what you've tried...
