screen cap (new question)

what file format should these screenshots be in? they arent in any format when i grab them off the xbox, there names are just 0000001, 0000002, 0000003 and so on. the uber screenshot tool wont connect to my xbox either, i mean i can manually grab them its not hard but yeah what format?

$s in your tdata-***64 folder. I think that's what your asking.

yeah, i need the full file path, and if i dont have it there and i have the screen cap installed will it create it or just not dump the images?

Yes if you FTP with the Screen-cap it will auto create the $s folder. It is in E-TDATA-4d530064-$s.

hmmm, it never made the folder for me and wont take pictures, i have no idea whats wrong, so confused

do you think it might not be working cause i am running it through the halo 2 launcher app?

Weird. Well I think you can make the folder manually, like in your FTP client.

did that, i'm taking the halo 2 launcher off of there to see if its the problem, i really hope so, i'm tired of not being able to take pictures, i was just lazy about it for a few months here and didnt care.

so yeah, fixed it, for future reference the screen cap trainer will not work with halo 2 launcher.

what format are they supposed to be in?

The images? Or raw dumps?

The dumps, are .raw files, and UST will deswizzle them to be either jpeg, or GIF.

hmmm is their anyway to get ust to load them without ftping cause it wont let me ftp.

i just need to deswizzle them how do i accomplish this?

Have you tried UST 1.0?

theres only a download for 2.0 also why would the newer version not work?

Many people have problems connecting with it, we don't know why though, give me bout 30 secs and ill get you a link.
