my car got shot by a shotgun

Post by r0tten »

yeah so i passed out drunk at a friends house after leaving the bar and parked my car right outside their house and it got shot up in a drive by. if any of you are familiar with the tacoma washington area then i'll make it simple, i was in hill top. yup my beautiful 1989 honda accord coupe limited edition is now missing 2 windows and my door has dents and holes all over it from the bird shot.

and this is my reaction:

Dang that sucks. I'm not sure how that stuff works since I've never owned a car, but can you get some money for repairs or whatever through insurance if you have any? That'd kind of suck if you had to pay 100% of the costs...

Wow, that must suck. How are you gonna secure things you bring with you whenever you go away from your house?

Um....Don't look at me, I didn't do it.

Hey, there's one cool thing about it. It gives your car character. :P

That sucks though, hope you can get it fixed without going broke.

yeah i have a friend that owns an auto shop, i figure i'll go to pull-apart and hope to find 2 windows for my car (not likely) and then i'll primer out te door and use some metal putty and smooth it down then repaint the whole car, probably black. the likelyhood of finding two good windows is slim to none so i'll probably have to shell out a good 300 bucks for new windows so this definetly puts a damper on my summer and attempts to get my own place, but i guess everything happens for a reason, probably karma.

a bit of bondo, Duct Tape and some Hefty bags and that ride will be 'hood legit. you shoulda seen the one down the street. Trunk and back seat were burned out, but all he did was replace the fuel tank and cover the back seats with Hefty bags, and it was back on the road.

It was me :D

I dunno though, it looks like you just rolled your window down and either scratched some of your paint off, used gray stickers, or painted over it for some reason. Cause that does not look like metal dented from a bullet.
