Could some 1 please write up a tut on how to install trainers and could some one give me a working link to some good ones?

You have to make a Folder in C:\ called Trainers, and put them in there.

Look for them youself, don't be a bum. I had to find all the trainers I wanted on a variety of sites over the internet, and I had to figure out how to use them myself.
