Nic_rf, it is against the law for someone to send you the xbe. It is against halomods policies for you to ask for it.

Ok so I put all the necessary files in the input folder and ran the exe. When it came up with the extracting screen it worked and extracted them all and made the config folder. Then when it went to the command line it says loading please wait and just stays there. I tried a couple of times and now I get an annoying error to send a report and makes me close it. I have all the files in the input folder.
