I'm New to Modding

I used to mod Halo 2 for Xbox but I wanted to try to mod Halo for the PC. Can anyone help me get started and teach me how to mod? Thanks.

Ok, you need to get these programs. HMT, HHT, Sparkedit. These are the basic PC mod tools. Go to the bottom of the forums and find each section for these and you can download them from there. Also, you will need WinRar in order to get these programs.
