I have Hmt 3.5 And The Netfix thing I Still Have Problems

I downloaded hmt 3.5 and .net framework 1.1 but i dont got the hmt 3.5 fix with the exe replacement and my problem is whenever i mod somethen as simple as ammo people cant join, so can somebody help me out?

Oh and if anyone knows where to get sharkedit plz tell me ty ty.

omg i have sparkedit and hmt can do alot more then sparkedit can sheeeesh i got hmt the netfix crap n hmt works but i even mod ammo it wont let people join can anyone help me out?
