Ok So im burnt out on modding halo pc. So I started looking at mod chips, now im not asking which one is the best and wich one should i get but. I do want to no what bios are and what they do: what is a programmer and do i need one to start modding halo 2 and what software do I need.
Also I have search all of this and gone to xbox scene and didnt find anything. I dont no IM JUST RETARTED.
